We are losing lots of elders

How should we get new elders? List ur ideas below! My ideas are:

1. Another elder election

2. Recruit on reddit/ offical clash of clans forum

3. Merging with other clans

1 and/or 2. NOT THREE!

We can also go to global chat

Merging other clans is quiet impossible unless we start 2 clans like dawn and dusk, and active and inactive one. Besides that i do not see a merging option. Simply because we are still filled up. Would take 2 clans of only 20/30 people to merge them.

Neither will you make new people elder who just recruited on Reddit. Simple as that. People have to prove themselves before deserving the elder badge.

I go with new elections. That the one and only solution in my eyes which is fair.

We should do reddit united and reunited, instead of merging we could split the clan between active and not as active like slackers said. Or we could do elections
